Cancellations
Cancellation fees will apply if you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time. If you reschedule your appointment within 5 days of the cancelled appointment or if you have had an unforeseeable and urgent disruption to your plans, fees won’t be charged.
Both practitioners reserve the right to refuse service.
